1. Our Services
AppFlow provides mobile app design, development, testing, integration, maintenance, and related technology services.
The exact project scope, cost, timeline, features, and deliverables will be confirmed through a separate proposal, quotation, or written agreement.
2. Project Requirements
Clients must provide complete and accurate project requirements, content, branding material, account access, feedback, and approvals required to complete the project.
Any delay in receiving the required information or approval may affect the project timeline.
3. Payments
Project pricing and payment milestones will be mentioned in the approved proposal or agreement.
Work may be paused if a payment is delayed. Any additional feature or work outside the approved scope may require additional cost and development time.
4. Project Changes
Changes requested after the project scope or design has been approved may be treated as additional work.
AppFlow will inform the client about any effect on the project cost and timeline before starting such changes.
5. Intellectual Property
The client will receive ownership of the final approved project deliverables after all agreed payments have been completed.
AppFlow will retain ownership of its reusable code, development tools, frameworks, templates, methods, and pre-existing components.
Third-party tools, APIs, plugins, libraries, and services will remain subject to their respective licence terms.
6. Third-Party Services
Mobile applications may depend on third-party services such as:
- App Store and Google Play
- Payment gateways
- Cloud hosting
- Maps and location services
- SMS and email services
- Social media platforms
- External APIs
AppFlow is not responsible for changes, downtime, pricing, approval delays, or restrictions introduced by third-party providers.
7. App Store Approval
AppFlow can assist with publishing applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
However, final approval is controlled by Apple and Google. AppFlow cannot guarantee that an application will be approved or published within a specific time.
8. Confidentiality
AppFlow will keep confidential project information, business data, login details, and documents shared by the client.
The client must also protect any confidential technical or business information shared by AppFlow.
9. Testing and Approval
The client is responsible for reviewing and testing the application before final approval.
Any bugs related to the approved project scope should be reported within the support period mentioned in the project agreement.
New features, design changes, or changes in business requirements will not be treated as bugs.
10. Maintenance and Support
Post-launch maintenance and support will be provided only when included in the project agreement or purchased separately.
Support may include bug fixes, updates, performance monitoring, and technical assistance based on the selected maintenance plan.
11. Limitation of Liability
AppFlow will make reasonable efforts to deliver secure and reliable mobile applications.
However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of revenue, data loss, third-party service failures, or issues caused by unauthorized changes made by the client or another service provider.
12. Website Use
You may use the AppFlow website only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to damage the website, access restricted systems, copy protected content, introduce harmful code, or misuse website forms and services.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to the conditions mentioned in the signed proposal or agreement.
The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed before the termination date.
14. Changes to These Terms
AppFlow may update these Terms of Service when required. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
